If you are not fully satisfied with your reborn doll, you can return the product within 60 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price. If the product proves to be defective or damaged, please contact us within 90 days of purchase and we will either refund the purchase price or send you a replacement product. We also offer a limited one-year warranty on reborn dolls to cover any manufacturing or material defects.
