- How can I place an order?
Pick Your Doll: Start by selecting the doll you love and click "Add to Cart".
Review Your Cart: Once you've added all your items, go to your shopping cart to review your selections. If everything looks good, click the "Checkout" button.
Enter Shipping Details: Fill in your shipping information to ensure your doll gets to the right place.
Apply Discount Code: If you have a discount code, make sure to enter it in the designated field and hit "Apply".
Place Your Order: Once all your information is filled out, click "Submit Order" to complete your purchase.
Check Your Email: After a successful payment, keep an eye on your email for your order confirmation.
Track Your Order: As soon as you receive your tracking number, you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
- How much do these dolls cost?
Starting at just $29.99, most silicone dolls are priced between $159.99 and $369.99.
- Can I use multiple discount codes at once?
Sorry, discount codes cannot be used in combination.
- Which payment do you accept?

- Are my details safe when I ordering online at Softsiliconedolls®?

- Why is my payment being declined?
When you process the payment with a credit card, there are several reasons why it could be declined.
Common reasons include inputting wrong card details (such as name, expiry date, CVC or pin number), exceeding spend limit, transaction timeout, etc.
Sometimes the payment may be declined by the issuing bank. In this case, you may contact your bank for authorization of the transaction.
Also, paying with another credit card or PayPal could be an alternative option.

Shipping
We currently accept orders from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Peru, and selected European countries.
- How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed and shipped in 2 business days, it will take around 6-10 business days to be delivered.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email containing tracking information.
- How can I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Or you can click here to enter your tracking number to check the status of your package.
Custom
- Can you take custom orders?
Sorry, we don't support custom products. We handcraft each doll based on its unique face mold, so please rest assured that we will do our best to create a doll that’s one-of-a-kind and exclusively yours! Plus, each doll will come with beautifully designed clothes and accessories, all crafted by us.
Order
- How do I make changes to my orders?
Please contact our customer service team at service@softsiliconedolls.com within 24 hours. We will be able to change the order if the package has not been shipped out.
- How do I cancel my orders?
Please contact our customer service team at service@softsiliconedolls.com for assistance within 24 hours. We will be able to cancel the order if the package has not been shipped out. If the package has been delivered, please make sure the product is intact and return the product to us. You will need to pay for return shipping.
